Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
Qualifications
HACCP training is desirable but not necessary.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and to multi-task under pressure.
A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers.
Main duties

Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas: make sandwiches and rolls, dish up hot food and slice meats using the store's portion control measures.
Cook, prepare and display the foods sold throughout the day.
Maintain counter displays across all fresh food departments to the highest standards at all times throughout the day.
Demonstrate passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with customers.
Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
About the locality
Deli Assistant required for Riordans Supervalu Fermoy P61 AX04.
Working 4-5 days per week from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and 1 Sunday per month from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Full training will be provided; experience in food prep/service is an advantage but not essential.
Applicants must be within commuting distance of Fermoy, Co.
Cork.
