Thornshaw Scientific, in partnership with our client B Braun, a global healthcare company, presents an exciting opportunity for an IT & Digitalization Support Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the organization's IT systems are operational, supporting employees and organizational goals.
2. Support the adoption of digital tools and methods to improve efficiency and customer experience.
3. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to integrate new technologies and train staff.
4. Assist in digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
5. Align IT initiatives with business goals through stakeholder engagement.
6. Oversee IT user experiences across sites and report on performance metrics.
7. Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure high service availability.
8. Optimize external resources and coordinate local IT projects with global strategies.
9. Maintain and upgrade the IT environment in line with corporate policies.
10. Manage IT budgets and resource allocation.
11. Provide training and technical support to colleagues.
12. Act as a liaison with global IT teams, providing feedback and support across borders.
13. Ensure compliance with IT policies to safeguard systems and data.
14. Coordinate with global IT Shared Services to ensure service performance.
15. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT hardware and processes.
16. Manage the lifecycle of office IT equipment, including planning, installation, and disposal.
17. Participate in global IT projects.
Requirements:
1. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to handle ambiguity.
2. Problem-solving skills and ability to improve workflows.
3. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and operate in a regulated medical environment.
4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Experience managing budgets, deadlines, and expectations.
6. Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT/digitalization projects.
7. Knowledge of GenAI and experience promoting AI solutions.
8. Desirable: Knowledge of SAP environment.
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
10. Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformations.
