Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the sales, marketing & events function, working closely with revenue and senior operations teams.

* Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presentations, and KPIs.

* Oversee execution of the commercial plan, targeting growth across corporate, GDS, direct bookings, leisure, C&B, F&B, and PR.
">
* Proactively manage new business development, account retention, and sales activity.
">
* Run all digital and offline marketing efforts, including website optimisation, social media campaigns, and e-zines.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar role within the hotel sector is essential. Strong digital skills, including website, booking engine (Avvio), paid social, and email marketing are also required.

Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy is advantageous. Confident communication and a strategic mindset are also key qualities for this role.
