Role Summary
A Financial Operations Manager will analyze financial data to support project reporting, identifying risks and opportunities. The role involves leading monthly project performance reviews, preparing Work in Progress and accrual figures, and supporting consistent Cost Value Reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Performance: Analyze financial variances and prepare reports for management review.
* Data Analysis: Build and maintain data dashboards, conduct market analysis and tender tracking, providing insights at company and project levels.
* Subcontractor Management: Manage onboarding, compliance, payments, and ledger maintenance ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA) preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial finance, preferably in construction or a cross-functional environment.
