Key Responsibilities:· Responsible for processing a weekly payroll· Dealing with all Payroll queries.· Preparing monthly payroll reports· Managing the Debtors and Creditors· Closing off the ledgers at month end· Reconciling the Debtors and Creditors· Preparing the month-end accounts for external accountant· Bank Reconciliations· VAT Returns· Dealing with all general accounts administrationKey Requirements:· Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role· Strong understanding of Payroll and Bookkeeping· Experience of using Sage Payroll, Bright Books & Dext would be an advantage· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word· Good communication skillsJob Type: Part-timePay: From €18.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 22 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFlexitimeFood allowanceWork from homeExperience:Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Location:Newbridge, CO.
