Due to continued growth, they are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Field Service Engineer (Retail) to join the Service team based at their Dublin centre.
You will be part of a dedicated team of engineers providing service and maintenance support to a broad range of retail and commercial clientsand assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems.
This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in the electronic security field who are looking to grow their skills within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience.
Provide first-line support for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control and intruder Respond to service calls and carry out routine maintenance inspections Assist with minor installations and system upgrades required Accurately complete service documentation and reports Collaborate with senior engineers on larger service tasks Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner Maintain tools, equipment and Service vehicle in good working order Support continuous improvement of service process Participation in the on call roster Some travel may be required What Youll Need 13 years of experience in electronic security systems or related field.
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and/or alarm systems Experience working with clients in the commercial and retail sectors Familiarity with networking and IP-based systems is a must Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude Full, clean driving license is essential.
