This position requires a deep understanding of thedealstransaction lifecycle,effective leadershipskills, and the ability to nurture, build andmaintaintrusted andimpactful clientrelationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead Transaction Services Engagements:Oversee and manage the entire due diligence process, including analysis of financial forecasts, historical earnings,assetsand liabilities of target companies.Client Relationship Management:Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to achieve their strategicobjectives.Ability to react and respond to short notice / dynamic client requirements.Strategic Advisory:Providestrategic advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions, ensuring alignment with their business goals.People Leadership:Guide, ,mentor, andnurturea team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Work collaboratively with a diverseteam todeliver multiple priorities and projectsMarket Development:Identifyand pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of theDealspractice.Risk Management:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies, managing risks associated with transactions.Financial Performance:Monitorand manage the financial performance of engagements, ensuringprofitability and efficient resourceutilisation.*Qualifications:*Experience:5+ years of experience in transaction services, corporate finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex transactions.- Qualification:Certified Chartered Accountant with proven and demonstrable client-facing experience within M&A financial due diligence.*Skills:*Strong analytical and financial modeling skills and experience analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.Experienced in guiding and mentoring teams internally and externally.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proven leadership and team development capabilities.Ability to nurture, build, and maintain trusted and meaningful client relationships.Strategic and critical thinking skills.Ability to effectively drive multiple priorities requiring prompt decision makingKnowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.*Personal Attributes:*Leadership:Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.- Client-focused:Committed to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.- Adaptable:Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities / projects effectively.- Integrity:Upholds the highest ethical standards and acts with integrity in all dealings.*Unlock your potential with PwC Ireland*We believe that challenges are better solved together We're inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
