Marketing and Business Development Professional
**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Senior Executive to contribute to our international law firm's strategic growth plans.
The ideal candidate will support marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and assist with business development activity. You will work closely with partners, lawyers, and the MBD team to deliver impactful campaigns and develop client relationships.
This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute directly to the firm's growth strategy by:

**Key Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the implementation of business plans and strategic projects
2. Identifying and coordinating participation in sector events and sponsorships
3. Planning and managing firm-hosted events, seminars, and networking initiatives
4. Assisting with preparing tailored pitches, proposals, and client presentations
5. Supporting digital marketing efforts, including website updates and social media content
6. Maintaining and developing the firm's social media presence
7. Tracking performance of marketing campaigns and BD initiatives
8. Managing the business development pipeline and CRM system
**The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for someone who brings energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in professional services marketing and business development. The ideal candidate should have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing/BD role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
* A strong track record in delivering marketing and BD campaigns
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to own and drive projects to completion
