About the Job
This is a leadership position in early childhood education, responsible for implementing and delivering high-quality play-based curricula under national quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide oversight to standards and work within policy framework and legislation.
* Undertake duties of the designated person for the service under the Children's First National Guidelines for the Protection and Welfare of Children.
* Oversight implementation of the National Quality and Curriculum Frameworks, Solta and Aistear.
* Promote quality practices in line with preschool regulations.
* Manage and develop the service to meet community needs, ensuring quality and sustainability.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range based on qualifications: €18 - €23.29 per hour (QQI Level 7) or €19 - €24.59 per hour (QQI Level 8).
