Project Leader for Residential and Conservation Developments
We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage the delivery of residential and conservation projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities will include leading on-site project teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager in Ireland
* Strong background in residential apartments and/or conservation works
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate site teams
