Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee our residential building project in Co. Limerick.

Responsibilities
* Implement and manage our proven Safety Management System on site
* Ensure the effective operation of our Quality Management System on site
* Suggest improvements to increase overall efficiency without compromising Safety or Quality
* Work to an agreed programme and plan future works to avoid delays
* Plan, maintain and control the financial administration of all construction work
* Requisition materials required on site in time and to the correct specification
* Attend meetings for efficient communication of issues affecting day-to-day site operations
* Organise daily whiteboard meetings
* Manage all day-to-day onsite activity
* Prioritise workload effectively
* Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Take a proactive approach
* Have a proven track record in similar roles

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in site management
* Experience working on commercial and residential building projects
* A demonstrated ability to see projects through from concept to completion
* Previous experience working for a Main Contractor
* A relevant third-level degree is beneficial but not obligatory
