Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to work as a Credit Services Agent for our UK market. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to credit inquiries primarily by telephone and with some messaging.
As a Credit Services Agent, you will deal with customer requests to decrease their credit limits, waive fees and interest, take and allocate payments over the telephone, walk customers through their credit statements, and help those experiencing financial difficulties. You will also handle PayPal general customer service inquiries to avoid transfers and improve the customer experience.
