We have partnered with a European Real Estate Investor who are now hiring a Senior Investment Analyst to join its Dublin based Investment team.
THE ROLE:
* Liaise with professional services firm to oversee the review and development of the existing financial model
* Maintain the existing financial model always applying best practice financial modelling guidelines
* Support in the assessment of potential acquisitions
* Prepare Market Research Summaries for incorporation in Quarterly Management Reports
* Prepare schedules to analyse and communicate the results of the year end valuations both internally and to Investors
Requirements
o Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies etc
o 5 -8 years experience, preferably within Real Estate (Banking, Developer, Investment Manager etc)
o Highly organised, conscientious and diligent with a good work ethic
o Strong excel and report writing skills
