Job Vacancy: Sales Assistant/ 40 Hours
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales growth, and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
* Support the achievement of sales targets and company objectives
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Basic IT and cash-handling skills
