We are seeking an ambitious Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a substantial client portfolio and collaborating closely with Partners to deliver exceptional service.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team to maintain and develop the firm's relationship with clients, co-ordinating service offerings from other departments, and contributing towards collective targets for financial goals. You will also be involved in business development and marketing initiatives, as well as management and training of student trainees.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have AITI qualifications or a qualification in accounting, with 3-5 years post qualification experience. You will also need to have experience working with Irish and International clients, providing innovative tax solutions, and managing consultancy assignments in all areas of tax.
A strong technical background, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will also need to be able to manage a portfolio of corporate tax and VAT compliance, liaise with Revenue on behalf of clients, and advise on Irish domestic and international corporate tax matters and VAT issues.
