What You'll Do as Global Mobility Specialist
In your role, you'll collaborate with a wide range of people across the business.
Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
Provide expert end-to-end Global Mobility support, including pre-assignment planning, cost estimates, documentation, repatriation coordination, supplier management, and delivering exceptional assignee experiences while partnering with payroll, tax, legal, finance and other stakeholders.
Interpret and apply mobility policies, handle complex or unique cases, act as an escalation point for policy guidance and recommend improvements to the Global Mobility Manager.
Support and guide junior mobility team members, lead on best-practice approaches for relocation and immigration cases and ensure seamless coordination of logistical aspects for international moves.
Serve as primary contact for assignees and senior colleagues, conducting pre-assignment briefings, advising on COLA, tax equalisation, gross-ups, social security and validating/authorising cost projections.
Manage immigration processes, including initial consultations with candidates/assignees, reviewing immigration backgrounds, coordinating applications/appointments and advising internal teams on compliant hiring or relocation approaches.
Monitor vendor performance and budgets, oversee SLAs, escalated service issues, manage assignment documentation and analytics, lead year-end payroll and reporting requirements and ensure accurate tracking of all mobility-related records and metrics.

What You'll Bring
Proactively track mobility trends, engage in industry networking and recommend policy and process enhancements to continuously improve mobility practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal, planning and client-service skills, able to explain complex mobility topics clearly, compliantly and with discretion.
Highly adaptable, solution-focused and flexible, thriving in fast-paced environments, taking on new tasks as needed and adjusting to evolving business demands with professionalism and integrity.
Advanced MS Office capability (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong overall IT awareness, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and a right-first-time mindset.
Collaborative and relationship-driven, building strong rapport across internal teams, working effectively with others and operating with diplomacy, tact and confidentiality.
Fully tax-qualified or holding an equivalent qualification (e.g., Accountancy) with 4–7 years relevant Global Mobility or Reward experience, demonstrating willingness to learn and the ability to independently plan and manage workload to achieve objectives.
