We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nutrition Lead to join our Primary Care Team in Tallaght. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based nutritional care to adults in the community.
The successful candidate will contribute to service development, provide clinical leadership, and support best practice within the Primary Care setting. Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist nutritional assessment and intervention for adults with a wide range of clinical needs including chronic disease management, gastrointestinal conditions, weight management, malnutrition, and complex care.
* Lead on complex caseloads and support decision-making within the team.
* Provide supervision and support to staff-grade dietitians and students.
* Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative care planning.
Candidate Requirements:

* A recognised qualification in Dietetics or related field (MSc/ BSc).
* CORU registration (mandatory).
* No less than three years post-qualification experience; preferably significant experience in relevant clinical area(s).
* Demonstrated ability to manage high-priority caseloads effectively & lead others through impactlful behaviours
