Xanadu is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to provide administrative support across the HR function. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, new starter packs, and leaver documentation.
* Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.
* Support office management as required.
Duties as Personal Assistant to CEO
* Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and anticipating needs.
* Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Manage correspondence and act as the first point of contact for the CEO.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a PA or administrative role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
* Experience in HR administration or related fields preferred.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, multitasking ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
* Proactive, able to anticipate needs and take initiative, detail-oriented, and accurate in all work, calm under pressure, able to adapt to changing priorities.
