HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term basis in Dublin.
About the Role
As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling business teams to achieve their goals through strategic people initiatives. Your expertise will be utilised across areas such as organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, industrial relations, and performance development.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance.
* Coach and support managers on culture, performance, succession, and people management.
* Lead and support organisational change initiatives.
* Provide expert advice on employment law, policies, and industrial relations.
* Engage with unions and lead employee relations processes.
* Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and wider HR projects.
* Drive continuous improvement in team effectiveness and engagement.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual with similar experience in a Senior HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing industrial relations and union engagements, as well as proven knowledge of Irish employment law. A third-level qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (CIPD preferred) is also required.
