Role Overview
We are seeking experienced
Electrical Commissioning Engineers
to join our growing delivery team. You'll be responsible for managing and executing the commissioning process of electrical systems on complex, high-value projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across disciplines to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and document all electrical commissioning activities
* Review design documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure alignment with commissioning requirements
* Lead functional testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification of electrical systems including MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and related systems
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and project timelines
* Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, controls, BMS) and interface with clients and vendors
* Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, reports, and logs
* Support system handover and closeout
Requirements
* Degree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
* Minimum 3–5 years of commissioning experience on large-scale projects (data centres or critical infrastructure preferred)
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and schematics
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively on international sites
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to travel and work on a rotational basis if required
