Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our payroll team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will work three full days per week processing payroll for approximately 35 employees over two payrolls. Responsibilities include processing weekly journals, checking ROS figures at the end of each month, and assisting with day-to-day tasks such as inputting invoices, banking, reconciliations, and VAT account queries.
Requirements:
* One year's experience in payroll administration
* Proficiency in Sage Micro Pay software
Work Details: Three full days per week, Friday is compulsory. Work location: In-person.
