Job Description:
Morgan McKinley is seeking a seasoned professional to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in delivering customer value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in a customer-facing role.
The selected individual will be responsible for designing and presenting solutions that align with customer needs, articulating product value, and supporting account growth and retention across the EMEA region.
* Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders
* Deliver product demos, run proof-of-concepts, and support RFP/RFI responses
* Align product capabilities with customer requirements, ensuring successful integration into their ecosystem
* Identify upsell opportunities, promote feature adoption, and support renewal strategies
* Work with product and professional services teams to drive customer success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services)
* A degree in a technical subject area such as Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
* A strong understanding of APIs (Graph QL is a plus)
* Familiarity with generative AI and learning platforms is a bonus
* Excellent communication and time management skills; comfortable working autonomously
