Job Details Role Requirements Role Requirement 1 Administration of Funder Queries Responsible for monitoring the Funder Queries, Oireachtas Queries and Early Years Internal Queries mailboxes, coordinating internal responses and ensuring that queries are answered in a timely, professional manner. Responsible for maintaining and updating the Funder Queries tracking system. Responsible for maintaining a Funder Queries responders list to always ensure business continuity. Responsible for ensuring that responses meet Pobal's Data Protection requirements. Provide management information about the Funder Queries function for internal and external reporting. Prepare first level support to routine Early Years Funder Queries as required, including data extraction and response preparation. Role Requirement 2 Cross Company Collaboration Liaise with relevant business units to gather information and draft responses to funder queries. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned responses. Track the status of each query and ensure timely resolution. Provide regular follow-ups and reminders to internal contributors to meet response deadlines. Role Requirement 3 Monitoring and Reporting Supports Work closely with MAO Coordinators to assist with data extraction, cleaning, drafting sections of reports, chart and table preparation, data visualisation and qualitative and quantitative analysis. Act as Department cover for the production and dissemination of daily and weekly Early Years reports. Role Requirement 4 Administration Support Administration of Pobal Maps inbox Assist with user testing of monitoring return forms when required. Work on cross-company projects as required and participate in the development of annual/special projects as they emerge. Support Unit colleagues as required. Any other duties that may be assigned within the general requirements of the role as appropriate for the grade. Required Experience Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write for multiple audiences such as the public, civil servants and politicians. Strong interpersonal skills with experience communicating at all levels within an organisation. Proven ability to work independently and on own initiative. Excellent time management, coordination and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong MS Office - Excel, Word essential. Desirable Experience Knowledge of workings of the community/voluntary/public sector. Ability to write and speak through Irish Language. Experience in report writing. Knowledge of CRMs or databases.
