The Opportunity
We’re offering a rare chance to join as a Founding Enterprise Account Executive and play a key role in shaping the future of the sales organisation.
You will work closely with senior leadership and be trusted with real ownership from day one – helping build pipeline, close enterprise deals and help build the foundations of the sales engine as the company scales.
This role is not a heavily structured corporate environment. It is suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, being pulled into different areas of the business and figuring things out as they go.
The right person will thrive in ambiguity, enjoy challenges and bring a genuine growth mindset to the role. They are opinionated, proactive and commercially sharp, and want to help design processes, improve how things are done and build alongside the business rather than simply follow a playbook.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Build pipeline through strategic outbound activity
Manage complex enterprise sales processes with multiple stakeholders
Run discovery calls, demos, negotiations and commercial conversations
Help shape sales processes, messaging and outbound strategy
Work cross‑functionally with leadership and other teams as the business scales
Contribute to building a high‑performance, collaborative sales culture
What They’re Looking For
Experience in a full‑cycle SaaS sales role
Strong outbound prospecting ability
Experience selling into enterprise or mid‑market accounts
Startup or scale‑up experience preferred
Commercially driven, proactive and resilient mindset
Someone who enjoys ownership and solving problems
Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, evolving environments
Strong communicator who brings energy, ideas and initiative
Someone excited by building, learning and growing quickly
Nice to Have
Experience in high‑growth technology businesses
Exposure to digital commerce, marketplaces or online platforms
Technically curious and comfortable running your own demos
