Job Title: Senior Construction Site Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Site Coordinator to oversee the coordination and supervision of new builds and fit outs.
Responsibilities
* Coordination and supervision of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of works
* Management of site activities, including direct staff, trades, and subcontractors
* Host meetings with architects, design teams, site crews, and senior management to update them on project progress
* Lead weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings
* Update site diaries and ensure accurate completion of works according to drawings
Requirements
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* A minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably with a main contractor or developer in Ireland
* Ability to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules to required deadlines
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including Project)
