Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Professional
This is a hands-on, phone-first credit control role requiring a self-starter who takes ownership of their ledger, works on their own initiative and is confident making outbound calls to chase payments and resolve issues.
You will be trusted to manage your workload independently while working closely with the wider finance team. Key Responsibilities include taking full ownership of the debtor ledger managing accounts proactively and independently driving a phone-led credit control approach negotiating payment plans monitoring cash flow and highlighting risks or concerns to the finance team processing invoices payments and credit notes investigating billing queries discrepancies promptly supporting month-end reporting requirements collaborating with the wider finance team as needed.
