Dynamic Sales Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven sales professional to drive awareness and sales of equipment within the regulated industry. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure our products and services meet their needs.
* Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Sales Focus:
* Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing key features of our equipment solutions.
* Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and customer contact details.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Marketing Focus:
* Create promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts.
* Internal marketing support where required.
* Update our website with new content and manage our repository of marketing material.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A proven track record of success in sales is necessary, preferably within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare. Key skills include effective communication and interpersonal skills, organisational and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
