Financial Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to fill the position of Financial Controller. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance function and ensuring its smooth operation.

* Accounts Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Year-End Audit: You will oversee the year-end audit process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Tax Returns: You will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, as well as ensuring that all tax obligations are met.
* Cash Flows: You will analyze and manage cash flows, ensuring that the company has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations.
* Forecasts: You will prepare regular financial forecasts, helping the company to plan and budget effectively.
* Compliance with Revenue Authorities: You will ensure that the company complies with all relevant revenue authorities' requirements, including submission of tax returns and payment of taxes.
* Statutory Accounts: You will prepare statutory accounts, including the company's annual report and accounts.
* Liaising with Auditors: You will work closely with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
* Projects - Assisting in Expansion Plans: You will assist in the development and implementation of expansion plans, ensuring that they are financially viable and align with the company's overall strategy.
* Oversee Monthly Internal Procedures: You will oversee the company's internal procedures, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
* Cash Flow and Cash Management: You will manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that it is sufficient to meet its financial obligations.
You must have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in industry and people management. A qualified accountant (ACA, Chartered, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) with a proven track record of success would be ideal.
