experienced Sales Negotiator
to join a well-established and successful property company based in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to further their career within a dynamic and customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the sale of residential properties from initial instruction through to completion.
* Conduct property valuations, prepare sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.
* Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, always ensuring the best outcome for clients.
* Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales.
* Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and ensure compliance with PSRA regulations.
* Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
* PSRA Licence

* Minimum of
3 years' experience
in a property sales role.
* Relevant third-level qualification desirable.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Full, clean driving licence required.
