Understand and deliver against the operational plan for that day, taking accountability for a specific operational area. Support with immediate resolution of safety concerns where appropriate and escalation of safety incidents, hazards or near misses. Be responsible for delivery of operational service KPIs and coach colleagues to improve their performance and deliver key operational expectations. You will support the induction of new starters and ongoing legal and operational training requirements for colleagues (with TWI's). Undertake colleague Return to Work interviews promptly and put in place initial supportive measures if required, ensuring training and development needs are identified and reviewed frequently. Prioritise issues as necessary and rectify through to conclusion, ensuring colleagues are operating in a safe and legal environment at all times.
