HR Business Partner Job
This role will provide strategic support to the Site Leadership Team (SLT) in understanding business requirements and translating them into HR actions on site.
The ideal candidate will work closely with employees and management at all levels of the organization, ensuring a high level of interaction and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop effective recruitment strategies with People Managers & Leaders to fill specialized positions across various functional areas.
* Manage employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary, and promote a positive work environment and culture.
* Support performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
* Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and deliver relevant training programs for Sligo manufacturing site.
* Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
