Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations for the Aftersales Business Support Director.
* Promote consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate compliance requirements for internal policies, product, and environmental regulations.
* Liaise with various stakeholders, including at Group level and all Brands, Dealer Principals, factory colleagues, and external partners.
* Organize meetings, presentations, and documentation for critical meetings.
