Bullfinch is a fast-growing boutique marketing agency that helps brands achieve their goals through a simple strategy. Good ideas. We specialise in social media, content creation and strategy for clients across a range of industries.
As a rapidly growing agency, we're looking for a proactive and creative Account Manager to join the team. You'll work directly with the Managing Director to manage client accounts and lead content creation. This is a great opportunity to grow with a business that's expanding quickly and to help shape how we work as we scale.
The Role
You'll act as the main point of contact for clients and take ownership of social media strategy, content creation and campaign delivery. The right person will balance creativity with organisation. Someone who can come up with ideas and also make sure they're executed brilliantly.
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
Travel and occasional weekend/public holiday work will be required as part of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Client management
* Be the day-to-day contact for your clients, keeping communication clear and professional
* Understand client goals and turn them into actionable marketing plans
* Attend and lead client calls, providing updates and reports
Social media management
* Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans
* Monitor engagement and analytics, and make recommendations for improvement
Content creation
* Write strong, engaging copy for social posts, blogs and campaigns
* Capture and edit photo and short-form video content using FCPX, CapCut and or Adobe Creative Suite
* Design visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools
Strategy and growth
* Support paid social campaigns (Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience is a bonus)
* Contribute creative ideas for client campaigns and Bullfinch's own marketing
* Help improve processes as the agency grows, from client onboarding to content workflows
Skills and Experience
* 3 to 5 years' experience in a marketing agency or in-house social media role
* Strong copywriting, photography and design skills
* Confident communicator with good project management ability
* Comfortable with various editing softwares and scheduling tools
* Passionate about social media trends and creative storytelling
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

This role would suit someone who's been creating and managing social media for a few years and is now ready for more responsibility. You'll be confident taking ownership of client relationships, creating content and managing projects from start to finish.
