**Job Title:** Junior Legal Secretary
We are currently recruiting for a professional to support senior legal staff in County Kerry. This is a permanent, full-time position based in an office in County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.
* Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, letters, and reports.
* Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
* Assist in filing legal documents with courts and government agencies.
* Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and case updates.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for legal staff.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Minimum Leaving Certificate with additional courses completed in legal studies or office administration is preferred.
* Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent typing skills.
* Strong data entry and document management skills.
