LocationPGIM Letterkenny - Hybrid 2 days p/week onsiteWhat you will doWorking in the PGIM People Team, we are looking for a collaborative, inquisitive, and analytical professional like you to fulfil the role of Senior Compensation Analyst within PGIM Total Rewards. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and gain exposure to compensation and HR data and practices across different geographies. You will envision and create innovative solutions in support of PGIM’s dynamic business strategy as well as manage established HR analytical processes. Responsibilities include working with internal partners and clients to execute initiatives and creatively solve people-related data and compensation challenges. The ideal candidate will partner with the wider Prudential Total Rewards team, PGIM People Business Leaders, People Operations and PGIM Finance to design, streamline, and execute a wide variety of Total Reward processes, analytics, and forecasts as well as manage ad-hoc requests.
