The Noel Group is recruiting on behalf of a luxury five-star hotel in Dublin for an experienced MICE Sales Manager.
This role will focus on driving meetings, events, and corporate group business for the property.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate accounts, conference agents, and key industry contacts, while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Responsibilities of a MICE Sales Manager: Support the development and delivery of the domestic MICE sales strategy and activity plans to achieve revenue and group room sales targets.
Identify, target, and secure new meetings and events business from Irish corporate organisations, institutions, associations, and charities.
Manage a portfolio of local corporate accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with conference agents and other industry partners to support MICE sales objectives.
Maintain and update the corporate conference and MICE database, identifying both current and future business opportunities.
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the annual MICE sales plan.
Work closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely responses to enquiries, follow-up on proposals, and coordination of site visits to secure business.
Represent the hotel at relevant networking events, business functions, seminars, and industry meetings within the Dublin market.
Conduct proactive lead generation through industry research, online platforms, and competitor activity monitoring.
Carry out telesales activity targeting previous clients, lapsed accounts, and past enquiries that did not convert.
Monitor competitor activity and complete regular SWOT analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, reporting findings to senior management.
Requirements of a MICE Sales Manager Minimum of two years' experience in a similar sales role within a four- or five-star hotel environment.
Full clean driver's licence and access to own transport.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a strong attention to standards.
Self-motivated with good organisational and leadership skills.
Experience preparing and managing annual sales budgets.
