About the Role
In this dynamic leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in driving salesfloor operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Key Leader, you will lead by example, providing support to Educators and facilitating an outstanding guest experience in the store. Your expertise will be leveraged to oversee all retail floor operations, leveraging key performance indicators and metrics to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to day-to-day business adjustments and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and People Management: Provide ongoing learning and development of team members through direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance, addressing performance concerns as needed.
- Guest Experience: Lead salesfloor teams, planning coverage and making decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of salesfloor operations. Support team members in ensuring a great guest experience that values guests' time, assessing needs, providing technical product educations, and supporting transactions and omnichannel programs.
- Working with Others: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcoming differences to ensure a supportive experience for all team members and guests. Establish productive relationships with team members, collaborating to achieve optimal guest experiences and store operations.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to travel to assigned stores using own transportation methods.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to move through the store to assist guests and complete tasks, lifting boxes weighing up to 30 lbs as needed.
