Administrative Leadership Opportunity
This role offers a chance to coordinate activities across departments, arrange logistics, expedite orders, and support production planning.
Main Responsibilities:
* Member Services: Deliver an exceptional end-to-end service for members within the organisation's premises.
* Manage event spaces, including bookings, payments, and refunds, while maximising occupancy.
* Oversee daily operation of meeting areas and hospitality spaces, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with agreed procedures.
IT and Facilities Operations:
* Take proactive responsibility for IT and facilities operations, ensuring a fit-for-purpose infrastructure and technical environment under direction.
* Line manage the IT Support team member.
* Contribute to IT and facilities action plans and support related workstreams as directed.
Procurement and Maintenance:
* Manage procurement of office supplies, including stationery and consumables, ensuring value for money.
* Oversight the office telephone system, including user management and contact list maintenance.
* Maintain office equipment, including credit card machines and printers.
Administrative Support:
* Ensure staff cover is in place for front-of-house functions.
* Line manage front-of-house staff, including task allocation and performance oversight.
* Develop and implement office processes and procedures under guidance.
