Job Description
We are seeking a commercially focused Sales Support and Reservations Executive to support our hotel’s guest relations, revenue generation and corporate sales activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing reservations, supporting sales operations, and contributing to pricing and revenue optimisation strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage individual, corporate, and group reservations across a range of booking channels, including direct, OTA, and GDS platforms
Ensure all reservation data is accurately maintained within hotel systems (PMS/CRS), with a strong focus on data integrity and reporting accuracy
Monitor room availability and support effective allocation strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance
Support the sales team with corporate accounts, group bookings, and client enquiries, including handling complex and high‑value requests
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiated corporate rate agreements
Coordinate with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers to confirm and convert business opportunities
Monitor booking trends, pick‑up pace, and competitor activity using market intelligence tools to support pricing decisions
Assist with revenue forecasting, demand analysis, and implementation of dynamic pricing strategies
Prepare detailed reports on occupancy, booking patterns, segment performance, and revenue trends
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient execution of bookings, particularly for group and corporate segments
Handle escalated reservation queries, including complex itineraries and VIP client requirements
Candidate Requirements
Essential requirements include a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related discipline, a minimum of 1 year’s experience in hotel reservations, sales support, or revenue coordination, strong analytical and organisational skills, experience working with PMS/CRS systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
