About Cover-More Europe This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team.
Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe.
For more than twenty years, we have been delivering insurance policies through our distribution partnerships.

What you'll be doing: In this role you will...
Grow sustainable revenue from key partnerships, with the goal of both achieving and exceeding planned financial targets Act as the first point of contact for Travel and Pet Insurance partners in the Irish market.
Management of their day to day queries, delivery of the joint business plan, management information and performance reporting as well as delivery of change and innovation Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders for the assigned accounts, ensuring that their needs and requirements are understood and met Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, underwriting, IT, claims, operations, legal, risk, compliance and finance to ensure that partner and their customers' needs are met, as well as iterating products to drive sales growth and enhance customer outcomes Proactive development of partnerships, leading ongoing strategic account development and renewal negotiations Report on management information and performance (sales conversion rates, claim outcomes, operational stats, SLAs and KPIs), for presentation both internally and externally What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey: Experience within an Insurer or Insurance Broker managing key accounts ideally with a strong understanding of the travel insurance and pet insurance industries along with current market trends Strong understanding of the travel insurance and pet insurance industries along with current market trends Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets and driving revenue growth through successful partnerships A clear understanding of product design and proposition - what makes it a success or failure Ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders Highly collaborative, enabling close collaboration between product teams, underwriters, IT, Operations and Customer Service, Claims management, Compliance and Legal Why you'll love working with us!
