Service & Sales Administrator
Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in sales administration or client services who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a long‑established main dealership in Limerick city, is expanding their team due to increased business levels and has engaged with us to recruit a Service & Sales Administrator to join the team.
The Job
As a key part of the sales & services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of sales administration, client services & operations support duties across the dealership. Duties include acting as the first point of contact for customer & client enquiries by phone & email, identifying customer & client needs, detailing product specifications & information, processing sales orders, updating financial & stock reports, preparing KPI data for management groups & assisting senior sales & operations colleagues across the company with their needs.
Experience / Skills required
* Third level qualification ideally.
* 2-3+ years' experience ideally gained in a sales administration, client services or front office administration focused role.
* Full & clean driving licence as well as your own transport is essential.
* Proven ability to multi‑task & work across diverse teams.
* Strong IT skills.
The Offer
This position is a permanent role with a base salary of approximately €35k plus generous bonus & other incentives. There are strong progression opportunities available to the right candidate and the role will be 5 days office based in Limerick city.
