Project Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the execution of M&E or Civil engineering projects, with a strong background in project coordination and stakeholder management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract for all assigned projects
* Coordinate design activities/outputs on various projects across Water or Wastewater PCI and PDI
* Act as the main point of contact for dealing with any issues relating to your project portfolio
* Work collaboratively with the client, technical assurance, employers representative and operations to deliver project scope
* Linking with senior management to provide timely updates on the progress of design outputs/deliverables relating to each project
* Commitment to be obtained from the scope performers and tracked against baseline to allow delays to be managed and opportunities to be maximised
* Ensuring all necessary documentation is administered via the approved systems (e.g. BIM 360, process workflows)
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in the execution of M&E or Civil engineering projects
* Diploma/Degree/Masters level in a relevant Engineering discipline or appropriate experience
* Strong IT skills including MS Project
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated
* Strong communication skills
