Spa Receptionist
Mount Juliet Estate is a 5* resort set in 500 acres of historic Irish countryside.
To provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all spa guests while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa reception area. The Spa Receptionist will manage guest bookings, assist with enquiries, and support the spa team in delivering a relaxing and luxurious experience in line with the high standards of Mount Juliet Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests to the spa in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
Manage spa bookings, appointments, and guest enquiries efficiently via phone, email, and in person
Provide guests with information on spa treatments, facilities, products, and packages
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs while processing payments accurately
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the spa reception and retail area
Ensure towels, robes, refreshments, and guest amenities are fully stocked and presented to a high standard
Coordinate therapist schedules and communicate effectively with the wider spa team
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, or concerns
Promote spa services, retail products, and special offers where appropriate
Follow all company procedures relating to health & safety, hygiene, and guest confidentiality

Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality reception role (preferred)
Knowledge of spa booking systems (desirable)
Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest care
Experience in luxury hospitality environments is an advantage
