Key Support Specialist

This role involves coordinating all aspects of supporting Capital Equipment in the field. You will work closely with the Technical Services Team to ensure timely and professional service to customers.

Responsibilities:

* Meet customer expectations as the first point of contact;
">
* Respond to customer calls/queries in a timely manner, assigning service jobs with the engineering team;
">
* Maintain accurate equipment lists with customers;
">
* Inform customers of products nearing End of Life/End of Service;
">
* Process Service Orders in a timely & accurate manner;
">
* Provide quotations to customers and resolve invoice queries;
">
* Coordinate and control all aspects of the service contract SLA for each customer.

Requirements:

You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Confident initiative-takers who can use their initiative are ideal candidates for this role.
