Site Manager

Responsibilities:
* Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and safely
* Maintain up-to-date site diaries and align workforce levels with project programme targets
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations
* Implement and oversee Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems
* Drive continual process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
* Coordinate material requisitions and manage timely, specification-compliant deliveries
* Lead and participate in site meetings to ensure clear and consistent communication among stakeholders
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in site management, ideally with a main contractor
* Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background
* Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee subcontractors
* Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities
* In-depth understanding of construction practices and industry regulations
