Key Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless processing of biweekly and monthly payroll cycles.
* Verify payroll data for accuracy before proceeding with processing.
* Handle employee queries efficiently and professionally.
* Collaborate with the HR department on staff accommodation deductions, contract modifications, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
* Generate detailed weekly payroll cost reports and manage monthly payroll journal entries.
Requirements
* At least two years of hands-on experience in high-volume payroll environments.
* Strong comprehension of Irish payroll legislation and benefits administration.
* Proven ability to manage payroll for large teams (typically exceeding 400 employees).
* Confident communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with payroll systems such as Quantum and time management software.
