Senior Scientist – Cell & Molecular Biology

My client is a offering the opportunity for a Senior Scientist to join their team developing new treatments for advanced cell and gene therapries, including CAR-T pipeline and including advanced cell therapies.
This is not just cutting edge, but bleeding edge sicence, where you will join a team leading hands on lab research, CRO collaboration, and help turn strong science into real world therapies in a modern research environment.
The Day To Day
Design and run cell based and molecular biology experiments
Develop and analyse assays (viability, dose response, gene/protein expression)
Support oncology programmes
Work with academic and industry collaborators
Maintain high quality data, documentation, and SOPs
Contribute to publications, grants, and presentations
Train and mentior junior lab staff
I\'m Looking For Candidates with:
PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular/Cell Biology, or similar
Strong experience in cell culture and molecular biology
Able to run experiments independently and troubleshoot effectively
Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative research environment
Clear communicator and strong team player
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Experience with CAR-T, cell therapy, or extracellular vesicles
Background in oncology or gene therapy research
Industry or translational research exposure
ddPCR or in vivo experience
