What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role, including order processing Knowledge of accounting software (Sage 50 preferred) Experience with job costing (Eque2 knowledge desirable but not essential) Strong Excel and IT skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Key Responsibilities: Process purchase ledger transactions through purchase order processing and migration to Sage Liaise with site staff and suppliers to ensure goods and pricing are accurate Raise and resolve queries with suppliers regarding discrepancies Carry out supplier statement reconciliations as part of month-end close Distribute
