We are looking for one person who will be responsible for standard warehouse work in a busy warehouse stores environment.The position will involve working alternating shifts, one week a day shift 8.00 am-4.30 pm Monday to Friday and the other week an evening shift 3.00 pm pm Monday to Thursday with a 1.00 pm start on Fridays.You will work as a member of a solid team to keep the warehouse stores in good order, to ensure that all purchased goods are received and issued to the correct persons. You will be responsible for sending any courier items as required.Your day to day tasks will mainly be:· Responsible for organising and maintaining the stores area of the warehouse and any outside warehouses· Organising transfer of product from any outside warehouses to main warehouse· Responsible for pulling, boxing and labelling of customer orders involving stores goods for despatch· Responsible for receiving all manufactured moulded products including pins/nails and storing in the correct location· Responsible for receiving outside purchased products including resale items, packaging materials, and raw pins/nails· Responsible for receiving of other purchased goods supplies· Responsible for notifying the relevant department or individuals of purchased goods received· Responsible for maintaining all records as requiredIf you think this sounds like the job for you, then what we would like from you is that you are able to learn the products and can work in an efficient way.For this role, you will need to have FLT experience and be comfortable using a forklift carrying wide loads.
