Overview
We are partnering with a leading engineering consultancy in Dublin to support a range of complex, high-tech projects across semiconductor manufacturing, data centres, and advanced industrial facilities.
Due to continued project demand, there are multiple contract opportunities available for both Engineers and Designers across Mechanical (HVAC) and Electrical disciplines. These roles offer exposure to the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through to construction support, within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities (will vary by role)
Support or lead design activities from concept through to detailed design and construction
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, process)
Develop and review 2D/3D designs using BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
Contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, and project planning
Support site activities, including surveys and construction observation
Mentor junior team members where applicable
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or similar)
Experience in design within industrial, semiconductor, data centre, or advanced manufacturing environments
Designers: 3 - 6+ years’ experience with strong Revit/AutoCAD skills
Engineers: 5+ years’ experience with strong design, coordination, and project delivery experience
Strong understanding of HVAC or Electrical systems design (depending on discipline)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working in BIM environments (Navisworks or similar)
Exposure to large-scale or technically complex projects
Familiarity with design tools such as ETAP, EasyPower, Carrier HAP, or Trane Trace
Only candidates currently based in Ireland with a valid work visa or EU passport will be considered.
